10- TO 20-DAY CHINA AND ASIA STAYS
OFFERED
IN FREE BROCHURE FROM ASIA CLASSIC TOURS
NEW YORK – Asia Classic Tours (formerly China Classic Tours &
Travel) with more than 25 years combined experience in
offering travel to the centuries-old wonders of the Far East,
has just published a free-for-the asking 16-page brochure
describing 10- to 20-day packages to China, Hong Kong,
Thailand, Myanmar, Indochina and Tibet. Departure dates for
the packages, land-only priced as low as $999 (based on per
person, double occupancy), run from early April through
mid-March 2006. Air-inclusive prices are also available as are
single arrangements at supplemental costs.
Among the expanded offerings for 2005 that are detailed in the
picture- and map-filled “China & Asia” brochure are three
newly developed tours to the country of Thailand. A 12-day
“Classic Thailand” package including air from Los Angeles
(add-on fare from other cities upon request) priced from
$1,999 with overnight accommodations in Bangkok, River Kwai,
Pohitsanuloke, Lampang, as well as Chang Rai and Chang Mai
covers the kingdom’s major sightseeing attractions. Train
travel and other transportation within the country are
provided, along with itinerary admission fees and well as
English-speaking guides.
A new 16-day package featuring a visit to Thailand plus
Myanmar is described in the Asia Classic Tour brochure as well
as a 15-day “Thailand Heritage and Culture” package offered
for the first time in 2005.
Nine tours are also described that take travelers into China,
to the fascinating Yangtze River as well as to Tibet. They
range in duration from nine days to up to three weeks.
“Our Thailand offerings for this year are proving to be
enormously popular,” notes Sophia Lin, president of Asia
Classic Tours. “We want travelers to know that all of our
participating hotels with very few exceptions are completely
back in business following the recent Tsunami disaster. We are
currently developing a program,” Lin declared, “to give a
portion of our Thailand package prices back to the country as
part of its recovery efforts.”
Other planning by the operator includes the introduction of
new Asia Classic tours to Japan and Korea later this year.
