Day 1  Depart USA for Kuala Lumpur.

Day 2  En Route

Day 3  Arrive Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (-/-/-)

Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Your tour guide will meet you at the airport and transfer Hotel Equatorial. The rest of the day is at leisure. 

Day 4  Kuala Lumpur (B/-/D)

After breakfast at hotel, you will start your city tour.

From its humble beginnings as a tin-mining town, Kuala Lumpur has developed into an exciting blend of colonial and modern architectures. The tour of this capital city provides an overview of Kuala Lumpur as it developed today from the city’s colonial roots along the river to mosques, palaces and modern buildings with high-rise structures like the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower along the wide boulevards. Stop are at Independence Square, the moorish styled Federal Court Houses, Heritage Railway Station. National Monument, National Museum and the king`s palace. Photo stops at the Parliament House, National Mosque and the Twin Towers. The tour will also pass by Chinatown and Lake Gardens. After the tour you can enjoy some leisure time.

In the afternoon, you will take a very special tour to Kuala Selangor. Kuala Selangor is only a 90-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur and yet it has much to offer. Fishing and farming are the main occupations here although a larger part of the area has been cultivated with oil palm and rubber. Upon arrival you will be taken to a Chinese fishing village where you will enjoy a sumptuous Chinese seafood dinner. Then we will treat you for the highlight of the evening: Firefly watching. You will be rowed upstream where you can see thousands of fireflies flickering like Christmas lights in mangrove trees lining the banks of the river.

After this tour you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 5  Kuala Lumpur – Langkawi (B/-/-)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kuala Lumpur International Airport for your flight to Langkawi. Upon arrival, be transferred to your hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 6  Langkawi (B/-/-)

After the breakfast,  you will take a half day island tour. Highlights of this morning tour include Mahsuri Tomb, where the sad legend of a beautiful princess will be revealed to you; a fishing village and the capital of Langkawi, Kuah, where you will have the

opportunity for individual shopping. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 7  Langkawi  (B/-/D)

Morning and afternoon at own leisure. In the evening, you will take a Sunset Dinner Cruise. Sailing while enjoying cocktails and a good company is the perfect way to finish the day and start the evening. You will see the sun getting low in the sky and feel the temperature dropping to a pleasantly cool level. You will be sailing out into the Andaman Sea and will experience the relaxing serenity, but yet exciting feeling of traversing the waters around Langkawi. There will be many good photo opportunities, such as flying fish, the graceful eagles flying over you, many palm lined beaches and a good chance of seeing dolphins. You might witness the spectacular sight of the tropical sun sinking into the horizon of the Andaman Sea. The cruise includes a five-star BBQ dinner on board and an open bar with great service. Enjoy and cool off in the salt water jacuzzi with a cocktail in your hand. In the evening we will bring you back ashore.

Day 8  Langkawi  (B/L/D)

Morning tour: Eagle feeding and mangrove tour with lunch

Highlights include a tour to the northwest part of the island with a boat trip along the northern peaks of Langkawi to enjoy its flora and fauna. You will visit mangrove swamps, a cave and the famous “Lake Of The Pregnant Maiden”. The large lake, set in tranquil surroundings is suitable for swimming. Its waters are also said to possess magical

powers that will enable women to bear children if they drink water from the lake. Fringed with mangrove swamps, the island flourishes with rich ecosystems. It offers excellent snorkeling Rest of the afternoon at own leisure.

In the evening we will drive you to a “Good Bye Dinner” to enjoy the last night on the island in style and with delicious food and candlelight.

A romantic evening dinner at the BonTon restaurant where we will arrive in time to watch the sun set into the Andaman Sea.

Day 9  Langkawi

Morning at leisure. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Kuala Lumpur. Check in the hotel.

Day 10 Kuala Lumpur / USA

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flights home.
